Indiana Packers Applicant Criteria

We consider the applications of candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Have held a single job for 12 consecutive months over the previous 36-month period.
• Have excellent attendance history at your previous employment.
• Are willing to work 2nd and/or 3rd shifts for a minimum of 6 to 12 months.
• Are willing to work in either a cold (38° F or lower) or hot (ambient temperatures) environment.
• Are able and willing to stand on your feet for a significant period of time.
• Are able and willing to consistently lift 40 lbs.
• Are willing to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Follow all established safety policies and guidelines.
• Are willing to work overtime, as needed.
• Are willing to work weekends, as needed.
• Have independent and reliable transportation.

Previous industrial, manufacturing or processing experience is also preferred.
