Giveaway Rules

• You must be a current employee of IPC or one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries to be eligible for a prize.-You may only enter the prize drawing one time.  Entering multiple times will not increase your chance of winning a prize and will disqualify you from winning a prize.The odds of winning a prize will depend upon the number of team member entries.
• You are only allowed to win one prize.
• When you are awarded a prize, if the value of the prize is over $75, the taxes from the value of the prize will be deducted from your pay.
• Prizes winners will be randomly selected from a pool of those eligible.
• If you refuse to accept your prize, you may not select a prize of equal of lessor value.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the awarding of prizes for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, “bugs”, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures of any kind or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the awarding of the prizes.  The decision of the Company to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the awarding of prizes shall be final in all respects.
