My supervisor said that – in our department – we’ll manage attendance the way we’ve been doing it (and not change to meet the new program). Can he/she do that? I been working at ipc for more than 5 years, before the the new time off affective, I had 7points, and now I only have 26.77hrs as uto. Shouldn’t I have 32hrs of uto? I haven’t been late or leave early.
