If I am 25 min late for my shift, will I lose 1 hour of UTO?

No, you will only lose 25 min of UTO. UTO can only be scheduled in 1 hour increments but the actual time missed is what will be pulled from your UTO bank. You will also receive 1/2 point for being under 30 minutes late.
