If a team member were to call off, they would receive 3 points and 8 hours will be deducted from their UTO bank. What if there wasn’t enough hours to cover the time missed in their UTO bank?
If a team member has an absence, late in or early out that is not pre-scheduled & pre-approved, they will receive points and UTO will be deducted from their UTO bank. If they do not have enough time to cover the time missed in their UTO bank, the bank will go negative. In this situation, the team member will no longer be able to schedule UTO, as Team members can only schedule UTO if their balance is equal to the amount of time they are requesting off.
