Our arrangement with the Indiana State Department of Health included their commitment to communicate test results to all IPC team members.
Unfortunately, in the process, they apparently failed to contact a number of IPC team members. For that, we are sorry. We don’t understand why, but appreciate the implications of this issue.
If you have not received your results, you can do so by calling the Delphi office. Dial -- and ask to speak with a member of the Employee Relations team. They will be able to provide you with your test results.
